This is a painting of my daughter Caroline.  Started on a day when I just wanted to try to paint a portrait.  I took a few pictures of myself to do a self portrait, since I was the only subject I had handy.  Then Caroline came home and I took a picture of her, and decided to go from there.  The composition came together over time.  I did not capture her as exactly as I wanted, but it's still pretty good.
